HOW DOES IT WORK?

 

PRÊTE uses partner salons to book blowout and mani appointments for our members. Once you are accepted, simply choose your membership type (Classic + free, Insider = $49/yr, Unlimited = $59-$169) and book your first appointment!


WHAT DOES IT COST?

 

As a member, you can access a one-time blowout for $35 or pick a package. Packages include "The Insider" which is $49 for the year, and that gets you unlimited blowouts at $29 each and $15 per mani. Our Unlimited Memberships are just that, for $129 per month you access to as many blowouts as your heart desires, for $59 per month, you can get just as many mani's and for $169, you can do both!


WHAT ABOUT TIPPING?

Great question! Tipping is very personal, but since you asked, if you really love your blowout we suggest somewhere between $8 - $15 and $3 - $6 for a mani.


WHAT SALONS DO YOU WORK WITH?

You are our number one priority, which is why we only partner with the most thoroughly vetted salons and stylists in the city! You can find many of them on the blog in the Salon Profile section!


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP OR PUT IT ON HOLD?

In the case you decide you don't like blowouts or mani's anymore we will cancel (or hold) your membership. Just let us know at least 3 days prior to  your next billing cycle (e.g. if your new billing cycle starts July 25, let us know July 22nd.)  Maximum holding time for your account is 3 months.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CAN'T MAKE IT TO MY APPOINTMENT?

 

If you can't make your appointment, don't fret, just email your Concierge (concierge@prete.co) and let them know at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled time. We'll do our best to get you another appointment that fits your schedule.

If you don't show up or cancel within that 3 hour window, there will be a charge of $20 to your account. We have to be sure to respect our stylist's time. However, if it's a real emergency, we got you - we always want you to be happy.


CAN I CHOOSE MY SALON?

We pride ourselves in working with the best salons and stylists in your area so even though you cannot choose a specific salon, we're sure you will fall in love with all of our salons in our network! 


WHAT TIME ARE SALONS AVAILABLE?

Our salon times vary but typically they are open 9am - 6pm. If you need an appointment earlier or later just let your concierge know and we'll see what we can do


HOW DO I KNOW IT WILL BE CONVENIENT?

We promise that you will be within 3 miles of your requested location and most of the time, it's even closer


CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Sorry babe, our memberships are exclusive to you so there isn't any sharing allowed. But, if you are a member, we put our current member recommendations at the top of the list, so have your friend drop your name and when they use PRÊTE for the first time, we'll give you both $5 towards your next appointment or monthly dues
